TO: ALL PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS
Please be informed that the Opening of Bids for the 2021 Infrastructure Projects Packages 1-5, 7-8, 11-14 is scheduled on February 19, 2021, Friday, at 10:00 AM in the NIA MARIIS Division III Training Center, Administrative Building, District 1, San Manuel, Isabela.
Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders or the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend the activity with written authorization letter from their principals, provided that a maximum of one (1) representative for each interested bidder will only be allowed to attend, that is either the manager or the authorized technical representative. Such representative shall be required to present a valid company ID from the company he/she is representing and a medical certificate issued within three (3) days from the date of the conference and wearing proper protective equipment including but not limited to face mask and face shield in accordance with the office’s Health Protocols.
